At X2sports.in, we strive to ensure that your online shopping experience is exceptional in terms of variety, price, and delivery. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return your purchase, and we are happy to assist you as outlined below.

I bought an item from your website, but this is not what I want. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return the item. However, we have some limitations for accepting returned goods:

  • The date of delivery and the date of return should not exceed 10 days.
  • The returned item must be in an unused state with all product tags and labels intact.
  • Upon receiving the returned goods at our office, the refunded amount will be provided within 7 working days.

It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. Can I return it?
We apologize for the delay. If you still wish to return your purchase, please ensure that the seal is not opened. We will take it back.

But I opened the seal. Will you take it back?
We will accept a return as long as the product has not been used.

What do I do if I received a broken/damaged item?
We will replace the damaged product with a new one. Please send an email to Ushmanmalik4402@gmail.com with a picture of the broken/damaged product. The replacement process will be completed within 10-15 working days after we receive the damaged item.

Who will bear the postal charges for returned goods?

  • If the return is due to product damage, X2sports.in will replace the product and bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change in personal preference (e.g., you ordered a tennis bat but now want a different model), X2sports.in will exchange the item, but the return shipment cost must be borne by you.

Refund Policy
We aim to create the best product designs for our clients. However, if a client is not fully satisfied with our products, we offer a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
  • If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original card used for payment.
  • In the case of payment via a payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same account.
